CETS-OPTIONS, LLC enforces a strict 8-hour class/training course cancellation policy. You can cancel by text, email, or phone. You will be given a cancellation code. You can use this code to transfer your registration to someone else. Otherwise, you will forfeit the training if you have reserved a seat in one of our classes/training courses and fail to attend or do not complete the class/training course. NO REFUNDS are given.
Online Training
40 - Hour Director Training
According to Bright from the Start Rule 591-1-1-.16 (b) Governing Body and Licenses, “Prior to the issuance of an initial License, the Director of a Center responsible for its day-to-day operations shall have completed a 40-hour director's training course that has been approved by the Department.” This Training meets that requirement.
You will have access to the training 24/7.
Coaching provided via phone, text, and/or email
Monday - Saturday from 10:00 AM -9:00 PM.
